Lana and Lynette made an awesome guitar cake this weekend for Lynette's brother in law.  Notice the tongue on the guitar arm.  Very nice huh?!

It was a scorcher today so we played inside.  Noah and I put together this 3D puzzle/model of a Great White Shark.  I love to hang out and do fun things with my children.

This evening Lana and I were on our way to a movie when we received a frantic and panicked phone call from Kanyon telling us that our dog, Rowdy, had been attacked by our neighbors pit bulls.  They came under the fence and attacked him in our yard.  We turned around and came home.  I called the police, you never know what's going to happen with neighbors and their animals, and they arrived right after we got home.  We showed them rowdy and then Lana and Kanyon rushed him to the vet while I finished speaking with the police and our neighbors.  I'm sure glad we sent him to the vet.  Rowdy's injuries were far worse than they appeared.  He had 8 major injuries and several of them have drain tubes inserted to help with infections.  Soooo, long story short, after 3 hours and $620.00 they finally made it back home.  He is a miserable puppy.
